Teresa McNett is a Probate Paralegal with Katten Benson Zachry Golightly, LLP, where she supports attorneys and clients in all aspects of probate and estate administration. With a strong foundation in legal procedures and a commitment to exceptional client service, Teresa assists with the preparation and filing of probate documents, case management, court filings, and the coordination of estate administration matters.

Teresa earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, providing her with the legal knowledge and practical skills necessary to e ectively navigate the complexities of probate law. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational abilities, and compassionate approach when working with families, executors, and fiduciaries during often di icult transitions.
